Applying to the Rice Elementary Model Science Lab is a 2-step process. Follow the directions below to complete BOTH steps.

Download the CPR Lab Agreement Letter. Read it thoroughly and make sure you understand and agree to all terms. Sign last page of this document and have your principal sign it also. Fax the signed page to:

Make a copy for your records and then mail the document to:
