BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Ugochi Emenaha graduated from Baylor University, where she received her doctorate in Education and Organizational Change. Currently, she resides on multiple non-profit boards here in the Houston Area. ( The Jordan Project, High Heels High Tech, and The Palace). Ugochi is a lifelong learner who uses her passion for literacy and early education to inform curriculum and policies on research-based skills for growing our future leaders. She has spoken at various conferences nationwide, including 100 Black Men in Education's Annual Conference, Lead Forward in Nashville, and the National Association for Multicultural Advancement's annual conference. Previously, Dr. Emenaha was a principal, Reading Specialist, and classroom teacher in Houston, Dallas, and Chicago.
